About the Association
The Prestige Great Acres Plot Owners Association is a registered body formed by and for the villa plot owners of the layout. We look after common infrastructure, security, landscaping, and the day-to-day upkeep that a gated plotted development needs — and we keep every owner informed and involved in how it's run.
Membership is open to every registered plot owner within the layout. Our elected committee manages maintenance funds, vendor contracts, and community events, with accounts and decisions shared openly at owner meetings.
Whether you've already built your home here or are holding a plot for the future, this site is where you'll find notices, downloadable documents, and the people to contact for anything association-related.

An on-site Sewage Treatment Plant handles wastewater for the entire community.
An on-site Water Treatment Plant supplies treated water to every plot in the layout.
An Organic Waste Converter processes wet waste generated within the layout.
Landscaped greens and open spaces run throughout the layout, alongside the main spine road.
Regular grass cutting and clearing of vacant plots across the layout to keep the community tidy and pest-free.
Multiple children's parks distributed across the layout, each fitted with play equipment for younger residents.
Volleyball, basketball, cricket pitch, lawn tennis, and a multipurpose court for residents to use.
